What is the SBLT? Northwest High School’s School Based Leadership Team (SBLT) combines teachers from every department, parents, administrators, and students to represent the myriad perspectives at our school. Each representative serves to assist the principal with school-based decisions by providing feedback on what is going well and what needs improvement. The ultimate goal of the SBLT is to improve Northwest’s student achievement; its chief operation is rewriting and implementing the School Improvement Plan (SIP). |
